1. About Kididit

Kididit is a platform that helps parents discover and connect with independent activity providers offering classes, programs, and experiences for children. Kididit does not operate, supervise, endorse, or control the services, classes, schedules, facilities, or conduct of third-party providers.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use Kididit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or misleading purposes
• Submit false booking requests or contact information
• Attempt to interfere with the website or its functionality
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce platform content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to users who violate these Terms.

3. Trial Class Requests

When you submit a trial class request through Kididit, your information may be shared with the selected provider so they can contact you regarding the requested class or program. Submitting a request does not guarantee:

• Class availability
• Acceptance by the provider
• Scheduling confirmation
• Continued communication from the provider

Providers are solely responsible for their own services, communications, schedules, pricing, policies, and customer interactions.

4. Provider Responsibility

All providers listed on Kididit operate independently. Kididit is not responsible for:

• The quality or safety of classes or services
• Instructor behavior or supervision
• Scheduling issues or cancellations
• Injuries, accidents, or damages
• Refunds, disputes, or payment matters
• Accuracy of provider information

Parents are responsible for independently evaluating whether a provider or activity is appropriate for their child.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Kididit currently functions as a discovery and connection platform. Unless otherwise stated, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly between users and providers according to each provider's own policies. Kididit is not responsible for refund disputes or financial transactions between users and providers.

6. Children's Information

Kididit is intended for use by parents or legal guardians. Children under 13 may not directly create accounts or submit personal information through the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Kididit, including logos, branding, text, graphics, and website design, is owned by Kididit or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kididit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of listings
• Availability of providers or classes
• Outcomes or experiences related to any provider

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kididit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or interactions with providers.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
